Privacy Notice for Drivers

1) Data We Collect

• Identity & Contact: name, photo, phone, email, address, national ID/passport, driver’s license, vehicle registration & insurance.
• Financial & Payout: bank account owner name/IBAN (provided by you), payout preferences. You are responsible for the accuracy of this data.
• Compliance & Screening: right-to-work, permits, background checks (where permitted by law).
• Device & Usage: app logs, device identifiers, language, crash and performance data.
• Location & Trip Data: GPS and telematics during active sessions, routes, timestamps, fares (to enable dispatch, navigation, safety, and support).
• Communications: in-app chat, masked calls/SMS/WhatsApp, Emails for trip coordination and emergencies.

2) How We Use Driver Data

• Onboard and verify Drivers; evaluate eligibility and compliance.
• Dispatch trips; compute fares; process payouts and invoices.
• Safety features, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution.
• Support via in-app chat, phone, or WhatsApp.
• Legal obligations (tax/financial records, law-enforcement requests).
• Service improvement, analytics, quality, and feature development.

3) Legal Bases

• Contract: to provide the Platform and Driver services.
• Legitimate interests: safety, fraud prevention, service quality, and communications.
• Legal obligation: keep required records; respond to lawful requests.
• Consent: where required (e.g., marketing messages).

4) Sharing & Disclosure

• With Passengers: first name, photo/vehicle details, rating, and real-time location during an active trip.
• Processors: cloud hosting, analytics, KYC/verification, payment processors.
• Authorities: when required by law or for safety investigations.
• Business transfers: if we undergo a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.

5) Driver Responsibilities (Bank & Emergency Number)

• Bank details: You confirm you are solely responsible for providing correct and lawful bank account details for payouts. inToura is not liable for transfers sent to the account you supplied due to your error.
• Emergency communications: You agree that Passengers and Drivers may call each other (masked or direct) strictly for ride coordination or emergencies. Misuse (harassment, spam) is prohibited and may lead to suspension.

6) Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect data (encryption in transit, access controls, logging). No method is 100% secure, but we continuously improve our controls, similar to industry peers.

7) Your Rights

• Access, correction, portability, restriction, objection, and deletion (subject to legal retention).
• Request via in-app Home → Menu → Profile → Profil info → Delete Account or email contact@intoura.com.

8) Cookies & SDKs

We use cookies/SDKs for authentication, analytics, crash logs, and performance.

We may update this notice; changes will be posted here with a new update date and, where material, notified in-app/email.
