Welcome to inToura! These Terms govern your use of inToura mobile applications, websites, products, and services (the “Platform”). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
1) About inToura & Business Model
inToura is a technology platform that connects riders (“Passengers”) with independent transportation providers (“Drivers”) for on-demand urban rides. inToura is not a transportation carrier and does not provide transportation services; Drivers act as independent providers.
Note: Fares may be fixed, estimated, or dynamically determined based on supply, demand, time, and distance. Any fare or tip agreed within the app is a transaction between Passenger and Driver.
2) Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding contracts.
Drivers must hold all required licenses, permits, and insurance under Moroccan law, and pass our onboarding checks.
One account per person; do not share your account or verification codes.
3) Accounts, Verification & Communications
You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.
We may verify phone numbers and documents. Fraud or identity misuse may lead to suspension.
You consent to in-app notifications, SMS/phone calls, Emails (including Driver↔Passenger calls for trip coordination and emergencies), and WhatsApp messages for support.
4) Using the Services
Passengers
Request a ride, view Driver details, and see price information before confirming.
Cancelation windows and fees may apply; repeated no-shows can lead to penalties.
Be respectful, use seatbelts, and follow local laws.
Drivers
Select which trips to accept; maintain a safe, roadworthy vehicle and valid insurance.
Comply with all licensing/permit requirements and local transport regulations.
Follow inToura safety standards (no impairment, no harassment, no discrimination).
5) Pricing, Payments & Fees
Passenger payments: Cash payments are supported; card payments may be added. You authorize inToura to process amounts due, including adjustments, fees, or incentives where applicable.
Driver earnings: Drivers receive the fare minus inToura’s service fee/commission.
Bonuses & promotions: Launch and referral bonuses (e.g., new-user wallet credit up to 100 DH; referral 2 DH) are promotional and may carry conditions, caps, or expiry stated in-app.
inToura may issue receipts or summaries for convenience; the transportation contract remains between Passenger and Driver.
6) Safety & Emergencies
Emergency: you agree Drivers and Passengers may call each other using masked or direct numbers solely for ride coordination and safety.
Use in-app tools (share trip, SOS where available). Call local authorities in any urgent situation.
We may suspend accounts for safety risks, fraud, or policy violations.
7) Prohibited Conduct
Illegal activity; harassment; discrimination; weapons; open alcohol/drugs; fraud or fare evasion.
Reverse engineering, scraping, or interfering with the Platform.
Impersonation or unauthorized use of accounts or documents.
8) Intellectual Property & Content
The Platform and all related IP are owned by inToura and its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the apps.
Logos and marks of third parties belong to their owners. Do not misuse or copy them.
9) Disclaimers, Liability & Disputes
inToura is not liable for acts or omissions of independent Drivers or Passengers, except as required by law.
Governing law: Kingdom of Morocco. Venue: competent courts of Rabat–Salé–Kénitra (unless mandatory consumer rules provide otherwise).
Before litigation, contact support to attempt an amicable resolution.
10) Data Deletion
How to delete your data/account
In-app: Home → Menu → Profile → Profil info → Delete Account (request processed within 30 days, barring legal/financial retention).
Some data may be retained as required by law (e.g., transaction, safety, fraud-prevention records).
11) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We’ll notify you in-app or by email and indicate the new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
