Welcome to inToura! These Terms govern your use of inToura mobile applications, websites, products, and services (the “Platform”). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1) About inToura & Business Model

inToura is a technology platform that connects riders (“Passengers”) with independent transportation providers (“Drivers”) for on-demand urban rides. inToura is not a transportation carrier and does not provide transportation services; Drivers act as independent providers.

Note: Fares may be fixed, estimated, or dynamically determined based on supply, demand, time, and distance. Any fare or tip agreed within the app is a transaction between Passenger and Driver.

Passengers

  • Request a ride, view Driver details, and see price information before confirming.
  • Cancelation windows and fees may apply; repeated no-shows can lead to penalties.
  • Be respectful, use seatbelts, and follow local laws.

Drivers

  • Select which trips to accept; maintain a safe, roadworthy vehicle and valid insurance.
  • Comply with all licensing/permit requirements and local transport regulations.
  • Follow inToura safety standards (no impairment, no harassment, no discrimination).
